ELECTION SPORTSMANSHIP
(To the Editor.)
Sir, —It is significant that while Mr. R. A. Wright is conducting the campaign single-handed, Mr. P. Fraser is calling to his assistance a whole battery of Labour M.P.s, councillors, and others, in-the-at-tempt to place the affairs of this city under Trades Hall domination. This election should be decided on the merits of the man, not the claims of a party. And the man that is a, sport will at all times command respect.—l am, ■ e,tc, '~ .
