(British Official Wireless.) (Received Juno 24, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, June 23. Tho Foreign Secretary (Sir John Simon) has made an appointment, to meet the Soviet Foreign Minister M. Litvinoff at tho Foreign Office on Monday. M. Litvinoff, accompanied by his wife, was among the guests today at ono of the series of small luncheon parties which tho Primo Minister and Miss Mac Donald aro giving for delegates to the World Conference.
