FATAL INJURIES
SEQUEL TO PARTY
(By Telegraph.—* Press Association.) " NEW PLYMOUTH, Juno 23. Tho story of a party tliat ended fatally for one of tho participants, D. J. Hepburn, a farm labourer, aged 52 years, was disclosed at all inquest at Mahoenui today. A number of farmers and other residents " visited several houses, where liquor was consumed. In a garage, Hepburn tripped over a tire and fell. 'He',-'with-others, visited another house party, and then he went to a hut and slept. Hepburn" and,, a >matt named M^Kane slept in the same bed. When McKane .awoke, in the morning he found Hep- | burn dead beside him_* $ The jury's verdict, was that Hepburn died accidentally, as a, Tesult of injuries received in his fall.
