BROKENBROKEN BYLAWS

Offenders against the bylaws were dealt with, at the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon by Messrs. E. M. Wylie and C. E. Aldridge, J.P.'s. John Fawcet was fined 10s for using « car not fitted with assigned numßer plates. A fine of 10s was imposed on John G. Hill for negligent driving. John F. Hammond was convicted and ordered to pay 10s costs for a breach of the parking regulations. The Napier-Wellington Daily Transport Company was fined £2 for overloading a motor-lorry. Tom Wong Shee was fined 10s for * breach of the parking regulations.
