FOXTON INQUIRY

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) FOXTON, June 20. At the resumed inquiry into the running of Takakifa in the Foxton Cup, the judicial committee resolved to exonerate the owner and, although disapproving of the manenr in which the horse was ridden recorded the opinion that this was partly caused through the instructions given the rider, who had lo ride on a turning course. Therefore it was decided that no action be taken.
