LITVINOFPS OBJECTIVE . \ SPECIAL RESOLUTION (Received June IG, 10 a.m.) . LONDON, June 15. Evidently aimed at the British embargo,. M. Litvinoff (Hussia) submitted to the Conference a draft resolution under which Governments agree to withdraw all, measures of economic aggression, discrimination, and boycott, irrespective of the motives underlying them. .
