Dr.- Wasserbaeek refused to -open thai door until he telephoned Dr. Dollfußß in. London. Dr. Dollfußs advised him to yield to force. Ho theniopened the door. ,
Hen1 Tauschitz, the Austrian ■ Minister, has lodged a vigorous protest against Dr. Wasserbacck's arroßt. Dr. D.ollfnss has communicated "witti Baron yon Neuralh in London statinjj that the arrest is a violation of diplo-i matic riglrts. . . - ■ ■ . . .• . '.Later.'
