Christchurch.—ln the Police Court three youths, Norval Roderick Patrick Baxter (21), William Philp (IS), and a juvenile pleaded guilty to 24- charges, mostly of burglary. They were committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. In one case the youths admitted. blowing open a safe with stolen gelignite.—P.A. MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.
