Reports by cablegram of the close of business, in London on Thursday evening have been received by the Dairy Board today, and "indicate that the butter riiai4cet is firm. Prices for New Zealand salt butter are 81sto 83s per cwt, and unsalted 81s'to 84s and 86s'for extra lines. The retail price is unchanged at 10d, and Danish is selling retail at lid to Is. Australian salt butter is equal to 79s to 81s and up to 82s. Danish spot price is 925. The stock position is as follows: — June 9, June 9, 1933. . 1932. .' Butter. Tons; . ■ Tons.
