CHARITABLE BEQUESTS
The will of the late Mr. David Malcolm Sutherland, of Hinakura, Wairarapa, sheepfarmer, has been admitted to probate, the estate being sworn by the executors at £82,000. Charitable bequests contained in the will are as follows: £250 to the Salfation Army Children's Home at Wellington; £000 to the Presbyterian Orphanage at Wellington; £500 to be set aside, the income to lie applied during ten years towards the stipend of the Presbyterian minister or missioner at Hinakura, the principal at the end of the ten years to be paid to the Presbyterian Church at Hinakura. After the provision of an. annuity to an old station hand, . the residue" of the estate is given in trust for the benefit of the deceased's family. The executors of the will are Mr, Alexander Sutherland, of Hinakura, and Mr, Alexander Dunne, of Wellington.
