BURGLARY CHARGE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. As a sequel to the capture of a young man in a house in Mount Eden late yesterday, Albert Henry _ Doyle, aged 22, a barman, appeared in the Police Court today, and was remanded on a charge of breaking and entering a dwelling by day. The police officer said: "This is a young man who was placed on probation last week. He was caught redhanded yesterday.
