Last night the river was almost level with the main North Coast road, and it wali still raining heavily. The danger of serious inundations on other rivers.Beems to have passed. Considerable areas of land are nevertheless under water. As much as thirteen inches of rain fell in the Central Coait . district in. forty-eight hours. ( -
