PLACARDED " USURER "
MERCHANT LED THROUGH STREETS
BERLIN, June 5. Following the Reich Government's! instructions to enforce drastic measures against usurers, Nazis at Mors seized a merchant, and accused ' him of charging 80 per cent, interest. They led him through the streets bearing a placard on which were the words: "I am a usurer; I am a blood-sucker." The profession was escorted by Storm troopa and large crowds.
