Zephyr in the Trial Handicap at thet; recent Doomben Meeting, and decided to disqualify the horse, U. Brown, the ijiwner-trainer, and R. Ellis, the jockey, fen: twelve months. The stewards also inquired into the running of Pentheus %i the Whinstancs Handicap on May 20, iiad decided to disqualify'the horse, Brdtvn, and : Ellis for two years. Pentheus last Saturday won the Doomben Cup in liioKow fashion. i
