Capably organised and controlled, the fiicture was a, pronounced success. Aboust four hundred spectators had an enjoyable evening. The tournament wag one of the best held in Masterton for some considerable time, and if it may be taken as any criterion of others to follow the association should have no difficulty in fulfilling its promise to resuscitate the sport in the Wairarapa.
