DUNEDIN,.This Day. • Discussing a decision of the Court 'of, Appeal that money from an insurance policy was protected from the claims of creditors, a barrister'stated that the law on the subject had been generally accepted in terms of the Court's judgment! "; "It would1 be a bad thing if a man's insurance policy, taken out for his wife and children, was not protected against the claims by creditors," said the bar-] ristcr. .
