MARRIED MEN'S CAMPS
It is understood that a meeting called by the relief workers on the Pembroke Road" job, held recently, protested against married men being sent into camp, with the alternative of being placed on sustenance if they refused. It has been rumoured that it is the intention of the Unemployment Board to send 2000 Wellington married men into camp compulsorily. This wat emphatically denied by the Commis* sioner of Unemployment this afternoon.
