FARMER FOUND GUILTY

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, May 24. . Guilty on all charges was the verdict of the jury in the case ia which Andrew Charles William Krause, a farmer, of Kotare, "was charged, on five counts, with ste&ling from his neighbours 73 sheep valued at £36. At the previous session of the Supreme Court the jury had disagreed on the same charges. The evidence largely consisted o£ discussion of ear-marking, Mr. Justice. Reed remarking that this was the first time he had heard the reliability of car-marking attacked. Krause was remanded for sentence.
