BUTTER QUOTA OPPOSED

The ,annual meeting of the North Auckland dairy companies at Kaitaia yesterday passed the following resolution :— s ■ .' t ■ " That white deeply conscious of the disastrous strain the present price levels imposel upon all producers, it is convinced that the" acceptance of the suggested, restrictions 'of imports into Great Britain would impose still greater disaster on the whole country, setting back the Dominion's progressive development, probably .for generations."
