The twenty-seventh animal meeting ,of the members of Wright, Stephensou and Co., Ltd., was held at the head office of the company, Wellington yesterday, in the presence of a large number of shireholders. Reference to the annual report of the. company was made in this columu on May 17. . The profit and loss account, including £27,166 2s Id. brought, forward from last year, showed a credit balance ot £57.024 17s Id From this has been deducted the interim dividend on preference share*, paid .on .
