NELSON VISIT CANCELLED In view of the fact that insufficient nominations were received for places, in the senior team which it had been hopeJ to send to Nelson' on June 3, the managament committee of the Wellington Hockey Association decided last- night to advise the Nelson Association that the trip could not be undertaken, but that a visit would probably be arranged later on in the'season, about September, if desired. Mr. A. A. Kirk wrote accepting the position of junior selector. . Advice was received'from the N.Z.IJ.A. that the dates for the first three challenge matches for the • Norden Cup bad been suggested. to Taranaki, holders oi the trophy. Horowliemia would'probably be given the first match.
