(Received May 12, 2 p.m.) LONDON, May 11. Miss Jean Batten told the " Sun" representative that her attempt at the Australian flight depended on securing a backer. She would have to return £250 borrowed to purchase the Princess aeroplane, which was a total loss. If a backer were unavailable, she mustwork and save, fo buy a machine t» participate in the Macrobertson race.
