That a Special Loan of Ninety-one thousand one hundred pounds (£91,100) "to be known as "The Wellington City (Karori District) Water and Drainage Loan 1923 Renewal Loan 1933" be raised by the Wei* lington City ,Council for*" the purpose of redeeming. the, outstanding liability in respect of a Loan of Eighty-eight thousand pounds (£88,000), maturing on the Ist day of August 1933 and paying the cost of raising the renewal loan. 2. That the rate of interest on the Wellington City (Karori District) Water and Drainage Loan 1923 Renewal Loan 1933 be not. e# ceeding Five pounds (£5) per centum per annum payable half-yearly on the Ist day of February and the Ist day of August in each year during the'currency of the loari; being a period of fifteen (15) years from the'.lst day of August 1933. ; 3, That a sinking fund of One pound seven shillings and. sixpence (£1 7s 6d) per centum per annum be established' in connection with- the Wellington City (Karori District) Water and Drainage Loan 1923 Renewal Loan 1933. 4.
