A remand until Wednesday was granted also in the case of Claude Frederick Mallard, a bookbinder, aged 25, who was charged with breaking and entering the house of Emma Jane Barrett, 84 Oban Street, and committing theft. Bail in the suni of £75, with a surety for £75, was allowed.
