Eastbourne's new Mayor is Mr., E. W. AVise, a member of the old Borough Council, who easily defeated the former Mayor, Mr. S. F. Fisher. Mii-s Margaret Magill topped the poll for tho Borough Council, and she , and Mr. C. A. Rcndlo were the only 1 two of the former council to bo re-* 1 turned. I Mr. G. Y. Berry defeated Mr. A.
