FALL IN FOREIGN PURCHASES
MOSCOW, May 3. The Rusisan trade returnß ; f orv the* first quarter of 1933 show -that, the purchases from England dropped 78 per cent, compared with the aamo period of 1932. ' ' : Sales to England only dropped 39 per cant. The total purchases from'foreign countries dropped 52 per cent., and gales abroad only_ 23 per cent.
