NEW YORK LOAN INTEREST
(Received May 4, 1.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, May 3. The Commonwealth Government has met tho payment of 1,107,187 dollars of interest due- yesterday on loans raised in Now -'York., at 4$ per .cent., and maturing in 1906.
