PHAR LAP'S FULL-BROTHER

The rising Iwo-year-old bay colt fullbrother to Phar Lap, by' Night Raid from Entreaty, lias been named Friday Night. The colt was offered at'auction at Trentham in January,' but was passed in, the auctioneer refusing to take a lower opening bid than 500 guineas. He is owned by his breeder, Mr. F. Armstrong, of Christchurcli, and is still at the Elderslie Stud, Oamaru, where he was;reared.
