(By- lelegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHUECH, This Day. Without discussion the Christchurch Beturned Soldiers' Association passed the following motion at the annual meeting:—"That the annual meeting reaffirms that portion of the constitution making the association nonpo,litical and' non-sectarian, and considers that any departure from this will have disastrous effects upon the future welfare of the association, and greatly hinder the work of caring for distressed and disabled men."
