SHANGHAI, April 19. Japanese reports state that all Chinese troops in the Shanhaikuan area have now been withdrawn south of the Luan River. " Aeroplanes visited Luanchow, • bombing various parts of tho city. Other machines circled over Tangshan, where there are , important British-owned mines, dropping handbills, but they did not drop bombs.
