PARAMOUNT THEATRE.
Gordon Harker, Renee Clama, Hugh Wakofleld, and au unusually strong cast present acting of a very flno standard at the Paramount Theatre in "Seamark's" Intriguing story, "The Man They Couldn't Arrest." This tine drama is preceded by "Faco Facts," "Feathered Neighbours," "Swordflshlng in New Zealand," and "Toyland," four short subjects of unusual merit.
The-management lias Secured as its special Easter attraction the evergreen play, "The Flag Lieutenant," with Henry Edwards, who directed UlO talking version, aud Auua Neagle in the star roles. Very few pictures can equal the record of "The Flag Lieutenant." Written.'by Lieut.-Colonel W, P. Drury and Major Leo Trevor, the play ran for 400 nixhls at the "Playhouse," London. It was revived ,-it tho "Haymarkct" and held the stage lor 200 nljrhts. It was also honoured by a "Jto.val Command" and was played before tlio King and Queen. As a- silent picture its success is1 well remembered. Now ns a talking film tho Press nf Britain proclaims It tho best film play over made in that country. It will commence its I Wellington season next Saturday at 2.13 p.m.
