ROYAL ROLLER RINK.
The skating surface at tho Royal P.oller Rink, Vivian Street, still receives much favourable comment. Tho instructors at the present timo aro busily engaged teaching skating to maily who are attending to master the art for tho first time. Expcrleuco has shown that even the most timid can learn this fascinating pastime in from six to eight lessons. Tomorrow evening a special attraction will take olace; a hockey match will be played betwoen v team representing the It.M.S. Dunedin and a'local combination. Several of the local players have tnken part In many contests, and they nre expected to fully extend (ho Navy combination. Tho "Strollers" Dance Band will supply a programme of popular numbers, and the session will bo extended until 11.30 p.m.
