R. KgmbaH for bleeding purposes. Apparently Mr. Booth intended to use Moana mainly for utility breeding, as she was stinted for" her two seasons to a pony, stallion, but 6ince then she has been sent to thoroughbred stallions. Ilazoor is her'first thoroughbred offspring. She was not served in 1929, fiho produced a grey colt to Royal Picture in 1931, and last 'year' she had a brown filly to Black Ronald. She is again in foal to Black Ronald. ' 'According to a Riccarton report, Topthoru is coming to hand satisfactorily after his spell; and iin a few recent sprints has shown he has not lost any of niS| galloping ability.
