NEW GERMAN METHOD USE OF ADMINISTRATORS
(Received April S, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, April 7. The Reichstag contemplates a law dispensing with. Parliamentary elections and appointing administrators authorised to nominate Premiers and Ministers in all Federal States and to compel the resignation of Governments whose policies are in conflict with the Reich. Herr Hitler solely controls these dictators, and will himself appoint the Prussian Premier and Cabinet. ■ ■
