STREET IMPROVEMENTS?
The Court of Appeal yesterday heard ani application by the Palmerston North City, Council for a declaratory order interpreting the provisions of section 179 of th«j Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and defining t}ie liability of owners of lamj and buildings fronting! footways and channels in streets.
