MAJESTIC THEATRE.
When Stuart Palmer wrote "The Penguin Pool Murder" and conceived its occurrence, in the New York Aquarium, he provided Hollywood with an Ideal murder mystery plot. The story has n wealth of thrills deftly Interwoven with laughs, which have been faithfully elaborated In RKO-Racllo Pictures' film version, which opened today at the Majestic Theatre. The cast is headed by that delightful actress, Edna May Oliver, and she is ably assisted by Jame3 Gleason, Robert Armstrong, Moe Clarke, Donald Cook, and Clarence Hummel Wilson. Miss Oliver appears as a school teacher turned sleuth, working hand In hand with James Gleason, a police Inspector, towards the solution of an amazing murder. The settings alone swing the picture out of the ordinary. In duplicating the New York Aquarium, the producer performed a miracle In motion picture set building. His authenticity adheres to the most, minute details, even to Oscar, the penguin, and the seals. The story is plausible, logical, and fast-moving. '
