CASES AGAINST AVIATORS
A further adjournment until May 5 was granted by Mt. E. Page, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court today in the ease of James Cane, of Masterton, who was charged with flying an- aeroplane in such a manner as to be the cause of unnecessary danger to persons congregated on Paraparaumu beach. Mr. T. P. McCarthy said that Cane had met with a serious motor accident. ■ The defendant might be in a fit condition to appear before the Ceurt on May 5. A similar charge against Alan Victory Jury was also adjourned until May 5!. t
