AUSTRALIANS IN CEYLON
(Received April 6, 10 a.m.) COLOMBO, April 5. The Australian Davis Cup team met a Ceylon team, including tjae New Zealanders Stedman and Andrews. Quist beat Stedman,1 6-3, 7-5> in fine style. The match between Turnbull and Andrews at 3-6, 6-2, was abandoned owing to rain. Crawford, and Turnbull defeated the Ceylon doubles pair.
