Mr. J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M., dealt with cases in the Magistrate's Coui-t at Lower Hutft yesterday. ; For cycling at night without a light Harold Petherick and Ivan Taylor were eaeli fined os. A fine of 30s was imposed upon Milton George Brown for having no driver's licence. For driving at a dangerous speed Basil Eric King "was fined 30s. Thomas Henry Christophers was fined 19s for failing to give way to traffic approaching on his right.
