LEAGUE OP MOTHERS
QUARTERLY MEETING
There was a very largo attendance at the quarterly meeting of the League of Mothers, held at the Y.W.C.A., Boulcott Street, recently. Mrs. Charles White presided. . It was resolved that branch presidents and secretaries shall meet in conference more frequently for the exchange of ideas, tho first conference to bo held on April 28. Routine business was put through expeditiously and interesting reports were read from all branches, including lighthouses. Dr. Elizabeth Bryson gave a brief account of her trip in the Old Country, and her talk with the Lady Alice Fergusson before her serious accident. She reported that Lady Alice's earnest desire is that the LeagUe shall grow through the quickened interest of each group and every member. It was resolved to send the Lady Alice a letter. After the business of the meeting was over, members broke into groups for the purpose of social intercourse.
