THE PEACE PACT PLAN

PABIS, April 4i Tho Foreign Minister (M. PaulBoncour) hopes to have his peace pact plan ready for submission to Cabinet on Wednesday, after which it will be communicated to other Governments. France has no desire to .reject the idea, but disapproves of the present draft. The new scheme will be based on both the Italian and tho British proposals, but it seems probable that it will be inspired chiefly by the British plan, which it is believed provides for Poland and the Little Entente being drawn into consultation, when questions concerning them arise. The scheme is also likely to modify the proposals for German equality and treaty revision.
