AGAINST PROHIBITION
REFERENDUM IN MICHIGAN THREE-TO-ONE MAJORITY
DETROIT, April 4. Incomplete returns of a State-wide referendum in Michigan indicate a three-to-one vote against Prohibition, It appears that at least seventy-five of a hundred delegates will bo pledged in favour of <i repeal at the forthcoming convention, thus making, tho State the'first to ratify the twentyfirst amendment.
