In some German cities the Nazis demanded the immediate. removal of Jewish Judges and barristers. The Berlin Courts thereupon closed. Nazis i stationed themselves outside Jewish shops and stamped the faces of shoppers 'at the Annaberg Jewish stores with the words '' We are traitors who bought from Jews." It is estimated that at least thirty thousand storm troop pickets will be needed in Berlin alone to enforce the shop boycott.
