' PARIS, March 31. j " L.c Matin publishes what it claims is the full text of the proposed MacDonald-Mussolini Pact. It is largely as has already been forecast, but specifies that Germany, France, Britain, and Italy confirm the principle of the revision of the Peace Treaties in accordance with tho League Covenant in cases where the possibility of revisions may lead to conflicts.
