LYSNAR APPEAL
DECISION RESERVED
The hearing of the appeal of "W. D. Lysnar, of. Gisborne, against a decision of Mr. Justice MaeGregor in favour of the National Bank of Now Zealand, Ltd., was concluded in the Court of Appeal today. Judgment was reserved by the Court, which consisted of- Mr. Justice Eeed, Mr. Justice Ostler, and Mr. Justice Smith. The appellant conducted his own case, and Mr. T. C. A. Hislop, with Mr. G. B. Powlcs, appeared for- tho respondents.
