PALMERSTON N., This Day. The North Island conference of the Druids Order elected Mr. G. Lethaby of Ponsonby, Auckland, Grand President; Mr. W. Martin, of Manukau, Vice Grand President; and Mr. A. Gregory, of Grey" Lynn, Auckland, Grand Guardian. A special committee was appointed ,to consider the' possibility of reducing contributions, particularly with a view to relieving uuemployed members of some portion of their dues.
