BELGRADE, March 23.
. There is now a definite sot against Signor Mussolini's peace plan. The newspaper "Politika" says that the general Yugoslav view is that it is a" trap set by European Fascism, whose victims would be France and her natural allies, the Little Entente, and Poland.
