HUIA CLUB
The annual report of the Huia Hockey Club, which was presented at the annual meeting last week, showed that the past season had been a successful one for the club. The senior B and intermediate teams annexed their respective championships, and the junior A team were runners-up in their grade. | In addition, the club was runner-up in the club championship. The report stated that the club now has a membership of 63, including eight honorary members. A gymnasium class had been arranged for the coming season. The following officers were elected:— President, Mr. S. G. Nathan;' vice-presi-dents, Messrs. A. M. Lewis, A. Jenkins, L. Bennett, T. Brown, and J. Cashman; club captain, Mr. B. G. Yates; honorary secretary, Mr. H. N. Ballinger; honorary treasurer, Mr. E. F. Armstrong; honorary auditor, Mr. J. Cooper; delegates to the Wellington Hockey Association, Messrs. J. Cooper, D. Chambers; executive committee, Messrs. R. Kean, D. Chambers, 0. Wheatley; grading committee, Messrs. J. h. McAlister, J. Cooper, and C. Donald.
