Lamb Market.—Lightweiahts have slightly improved, and generally tone of market better. Demand continues to improve. Mutton market: Wethers, prices easier owing to additional supplies arriving. Directors of Farmer and C0.,-Ltd., the great Sydney drapery firm, have decided not to declare an interim half-yearly dividend on the ordinary shares.
After May 1, the New Zealand Dairy Board will'take over the 'marketing of ail butter other than "finest" and "first" grades.
