The House of Commons, by 120 vote! to 65, passed.a Bailway Bill establish* ing a board Of three trustees to managai the Canadian National Kailways.

The Bill enjoins the Canadian Na* tional and Canadian Pacific Railways to use co-operative measures to reduce expenses and set up an Arbitral Board, to settle disputes between the two companies.
